Coronavirus (COVID-19) Procedures

for Colony Apartment Homes

and all of its communities:

 

The health and well-being of our Colony Apartment Homes residents, clients and employees is of utmost importance; therefore we have implemented the following procedures during this time.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to notify you all, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020 all Leasing Centers and the Colony corporate office will be available via phone and appointment only. All offices will be locked (until further notice) and unable to accept or receive walk-ins.

 

During this period we will be unable to accept all credit and/or debit card payments (in person) at the Colony corporate office. We encourage you to sign up, pay and monitor your account online via the resident portal. If you’re not already on the resident portal, please contact your Leasing Center to get set up.

 

If you or any member of your household has been or is currently sick; we respectfully request that you notify your on-site team when in need of service in your home.

 

Additionally we would like to remind you, during this period of a potential shortage of toilet paper, to refrain from flushing any and all alternatives (to include but not limited to: baby wipes, napkins, paper towels, etc.); these items will clog your pipes and cause a costly plumbing bill.
